Job Description
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
  • To co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external contractors via the defect reporting system
  • Contractor inductions 
  • Contractor review of works and point of contact throughtout the works
  • Contract reviews and ordering
  • To be the first point of contact for general property enquiries  
  • Invoice Processing
  • Raising orders & capital on the internal finance system
  • Attending monthly meetings and taking minutes
  • Any other tasks as designated by the General Manager of Property
The successful candidate will need to: 
  • Be able to prioritise and have excellent organisation skills
  • Have a good knowledge of building systems
  • Be flexible and have the ability to work under pressure
  • Have good administration & IT skills
  • Create high quality written correspondence and materials
