As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be part of a dedicated team, undertaking a key front line role, ensuring we continue to provide a ‘best in class’ approach to a growing customer base and a service culture that excels at each and every level.
On a day to day basis, this will involve: 
  • Acting as a focal point for telephone enquiries and delivering a great customer experience
  • Responding to customer requests and booking collections onto our centralised system
  • Maintaining contact with customers to ensure actions have been effectively progressed
  • Providing a prompt and responsive service that fully reflects our outstanding reputation
Used to working in a customer focused and service driven environment, you must have:
  •  High levels of energy, enthusiasm and self motivation, along with a strong team ethic
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, plus a confident telephone manner
  • A whatever it takes outlook and willingness to go that ‘extra mile’ to exceed expectations
  • A fair degree of IT literacy and administrative ability, including PC/Data input skills
  • Any relevant customer service experience would be good, but is by no means essential
