Purpose of Position
 
Responsible for the daily administration of prospect/existing quotes and New Accounts within the department. Provide any support required ensuring all of the business requirements are actioned efficiently and within Service Level Agreements.
Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility

  • Dealing with incoming internal customer telephone and email enquiries.
  • Processing new and additional account paperwork.
  • Updating existing accounts with new or amended rates.
  • Ordering customer stationery.
  • Responsible for accuracy when typing customer quotations.
  • Managing the quote process including annual increases.
  • General administration duties

Required Skills

  • Have relevant administration experience
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Be able to solve internal customer problems
  • Be IT literate and have strong organisation and administration skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy
  • Be able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
